Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
