Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
