Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, spinach, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
