Description

A delicious and healthy twist on traditional orange chicken, baked to perfection with a sesame glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top before serving.
