Ingredients
- 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 baguette or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish or parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the Brie.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and rosemary (if using) on top of the honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to the honey.
