Ingredients
- 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 baguette or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and rosemary.
- Spoon the cranberry mixture over the Brie cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
