Ingredients

  • 1 round Brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 baguette or crackers for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the cranberries, walnuts, brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and rosemary.
  4. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the Brie cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with sliced baguette or crackers.
