Ingredients

  • Rice paper wrappers – 10 sheets
  • Apples – 3 medium, peeled and diced
  • Brown sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp, melted
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar – for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
