Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers – 10 sheets
- Apples – 3 medium, peeled and diced
- Brown sugar – 1/2 cup

- Butter – 2 tbsp, melted
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar – for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
