Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 large apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup fresh figs, quartered
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts, diced apple, and quartered figs.
- Add the chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

- For a vegan option, omit the feta cheese.
