A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet apple crumble, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 cups of peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, and remaining sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use flavored cream cheese.
  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
