A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet apple crumble, perfect for dessert lovers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 4 cups of peeled and sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread over the cheesecake layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, and remaining sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use flavored cream cheese.
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
