Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup diced apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
- Add almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
- If using, add chopped nuts and mix again.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

- Feel free to substitute almond butter with peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice.
