Description

Antipasto Skewers are a delightful and colorful appetizer that combines a variety of Italian flavors, perfect for any party or gathering.


Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes – 1 cup
  • Fresh mozzarella balls – 1 cup
  • Salami slices – 1 cup
  • Black olives – 1 cup
  • Fresh basil leaves – 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper – to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves, and draining the mozzarella and olives.
  2. On each skewer, thread a cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball, a folded slice of salami, an olive, and a basil leaf.
  3. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Drizzle the assembled skewers with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the skewers with your favorite antipasto ingredients.
