Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with olives, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
  4. Wrap the log tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Before serving, roll the log in chopped walnuts if desired.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers or bread.
