Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with olives, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
- Wrap the log tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the log in chopped walnuts if desired.
- Slice and serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
- This log can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
