Air Fryer Homemade Taquitos are a crunchy and delicious snack or meal option, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 10 small corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, and taco seasoning.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a microwave for about 30 seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Place a small amount of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them tightly.
  5. Spray the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
  6. Arrange the taquitos in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
