Description

A delicious and healthier twist on traditional buffalo wings, made with cauliflower and cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the buffalo sauce and toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  4. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
