Description
A delicious and healthier twist on traditional buffalo wings, made with cauliflower and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the buffalo sauce and toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference.
- For extra crispiness, you can spray the cauliflower with cooking spray before air frying.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for a classic pairing.
