Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pastry cream


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Form the dough into small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool slightly, then fill with pastry cream and drizzle with melted chocolate.
