- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup blueberries, pureed
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Divide the whipped cream mixture into three bowls.
- Add the strawberry puree to one bowl and mix well.
- Add the blueberry puree to another bowl and mix well.
- In the third bowl, keep the whipped cream plain.
- Layer the mixtures into the pie crust, alternating between the strawberry, plain, and blueberry mixtures to create a swirl effect.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.

- For a more intense flavor, use fresh fruit instead of purees.
