Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the whipped cream mixture into three bowls.
  5. Add the strawberry puree to one bowl and mix well.
  6. Add the blueberry puree to another bowl and mix well.
  7. In the third bowl, keep the whipped cream plain.
  8. Layer the mixtures into the pie crust, alternating between the strawberry, plain, and blueberry mixtures to create a swirl effect.
  9. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until set.
  10. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
